Ingredients for 2 servings:
- Brown rice – 100 grams;
- Chia / flax seeds – 3 tablespoons;
- Vegetable milk – 100 milliliters;
- Favorite berries – according to your taste;
- Drinking water – 5 – 6 tablespoons.
Cooking method:
- Soak the chia seeds in water.
- Meanwhile, put the rice on to boil. When it is almost ready, add milk to your liking. Mix everything and leave to cool.
- Then we proceed to the formation of our dessert: put rice, chia and berries in layers in a glass. If the ingredients remain, you can continue to alternate layers.

Dessert recipe in just 3 steps. Today we will prepare a rice dessert with chia seeds – simple, healthy and tasty.
For 2 servings we will need:
Rice brown / red – 100 g
Chia / flax seeds – 3 tbsp.
Vegetable milk -100 ml

Water
Cooking:
Pour the seeds or water – about 5-6 tbsp.
Boil rice until cooked, at the end add milk, mix and let cool.
