- 1 baguette;
- 2 – 3 tablespoons of butter or 1 cup of olive oil;
- 3 cloves of garlic;
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley or oregano
- salt and pepper to your liking.
Cut the baguette into slices and mince the garlic. Add oil, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper to a bowl and mix the ingredients. You can replace the oil and parsley with olive and oregano.
Brush the bread slices on both sides with the mixture. Heat up a skillet over medium heat. Add bread and toast until golden brown.

- parmesan cheese;

Cut the baguette into slices and mince the garlic. Mix butter with oil, garlic, vinegar and parsley. Brush both sides of the bread with the mixture. Lay the baguette slices on aluminum foil and sprinkle with grated Parmesan. Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake for 10 minutes.
