On the contrary, experts note that a healthy diet can be easily adjusted for everyone and for any budget. So, nutritionist Olya Usenko suggested which products to choose in the store in order to meet the minimum budget.

List of healthy foods to include in your daily menu
- chicken – you can eat any part of the carcass, most importantly without the peel;
- offal – any that can be cooked in your own juice with vegetables;
- eggs – 1 egg per day or 2 eggs every other day;
- cheese – 5 – 9% fat;
- vegetable oil;
- sunflower/pumpkin seeds;
- butter (more than 80% fat);

Proper nutrition for every budget
Yesterday in Stories we started discussing this topic, not for the first time, but it does not lose its relevance. Today, we will continue to go through the products.
I dispelled the myth a long time ago that proper nutrition is expensive. It can be customized for everyone and for all possibilities.
Confirmation of the budget option is my BASIC PROGRAM “Simple proper nutrition for 50 UAH per day.” In addition to being the most budget program in terms of products, it is also the cheapest of all the basic programs.
List of healthy foods to include in your diet
chicken – you can eat any part of the carcass, most importantly without the skin
offal – any, we cook in our own juice with vegetables (onions, carrots, spices)
eggs – 1 egg per day or 2 eggs every other day
cheese – 5-9% fat
herring (salted themselves)
sunflower seed / pumpkin

So, maybe not so diverse, but definitely economical and many combinations can be made from this. The main thing in the budget grocery basket is to choose local products. Everything that will be brought from where, immediately falls into the expensive section.
