Meatballs in cheese sauce

Ingredients:

  • ground turkey 450 grams;
  • soft cheese (0% fat) 120 grams;
  • salt and spices according to your taste;
  • frying oil 4 milliliters.

For sauce:

  • cream cheese 70 grams;
  • sour cream 80 grams;
  • corn starch fifteen grams;
  • water 200 grams;
  • salt, spices to your taste.

Cooking method:

  1. Combine all meatball ingredients and form meatballs with wet hands.
  2. Preheat the pan, grease with oil, put the meatballs and fry them on all sides until golden brown.
  3. Then add half the water and simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat.
  4. Mix the rest of the water with the rest of the ingredients for the sauce, pour into the pan and continue to simmer for another 5 minutes, stirring regularly (the sauce should thicken).

Meatballs in cheese sauce

Today I went to the dentist and I was forbidden to eat fibrous and very hard foods. I had to find the “softest” dish in our recipe book. Glory to mince. True, there was no chicken in our store, they took it from a turkey, but it turned out all the same bombing.

Meatball Ingredients:

minced meat (we have turkeys), 450 g
soft cheese (fat content 0%), 120 g
salt and spices to taste;
frying oil, 4 m

Sauce Ingredients:

cream cheese, 70 g
sour cream 80 g;
corn starch, 15 g
water, 200 g
salt, spices to taste.

Cooking:

Mix all the ingredients for the meatballs and form balls with wet hands.
Heat a frying pan, grease with oil, put the meatballs and fry them on all sides until golden brown.
Add half the water and simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Combine remaining water with other gravy ingredients, add to skillet and simmer 5 more minutes, stirring occasionally. The sauce should thicken.
