Text of the publication of Anna Biotorium:

This pumpkin dish can be a great option for dinner or lunch.

Ingredients:

300 gr pumpkin
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 2 tsp mustard seeds
a pinch of pepper
1 tsp turmeric
Salt to taste
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
½ tbsp pumpkin seed oil
100 gr dill

Cooking:

Take a pumpkin, peel it and cut into cubes.
Heat up a frying pan with oil over high heat. Add mustard seeds. The seeds should crackle and bounce around in the pan. Fry for about 20 seconds (cover the pan with a lid so the seeds do not scatter around the kitchen).
Add the rest of the spices and fry for another 10 seconds.
Add pumpkin, salt (to taste), 2 tablespoons of water and simmer for 10 minutes under the lid.
Serve sprinkled with seeds, drizzled with pumpkin oil and generously sprinkled with herbs.

An ordinary pumpkin, but due to the addition of spices and seeds, comes out with an unusual taste.
