Fitness trainer Ekaterina Kononova prepared a set of exercises for the buttocks. All you need is a fitness band, a mat and 10 minutes of free time.
Circular home workout for the buttocks
- Squat + hip abduction: 20 reps;
- Footing: 15 repetitions;
- Hyperextension of the hip in the knee-wrist position: 20 reps;
- Abduction of the hip to the side in the knee-wrist position: 20 reps;
- Glute bridge with hip abduction: 20 repetitions.
