Classic Bridge: 30 seconds;
Bridge “spring”: 30 seconds;
Bridge with wide leg position: 30 seconds;
Static bridge 1: 30 seconds;
Bridge with a straight leg: 30 seconds on each leg;
Bridge “spring” with a straight leg: 30 seconds on each leg;
Static bridge 2: 30 seconds.

Hot workout for firm buttocks

The bridge is taken as the basic exercise. That is, this workout for the buttocks is built on the basis of the bridge exercise. The workout consists of 7 exercises, two of which are divided into two sides. One exercise is repeated twice.

All exercises should be performed for 30 – 45 seconds. Rest between exercises 10 – 15 seconds. Do 3 rounds with 1 minute rest in between.
