Cakes “Pavlova”
KBJU (calories, proteins, fats, carbohydrates) for 1 piece: 303/5/17/35.
Ingredients (for 10 pieces):
For meringue:
- Proteins – 4 pieces.
- Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon.
- Sugar – 100 grams.
- Powdered sugar – 100 grams.
For the lemon curd:
- Yolks – 4 pieces.
- Sugar – 100 grams.
- Corn starch – 10 grams.
- Zest and juice of one lemon.
- Butter – 70 grams.⠀
For cream:
- Curd cheese – 250 grams.
- Cream 33% – 125 milliliters.
- Powdered sugar – 20 grams.

How to cook
Whip egg whites and lemon juice with a mixer until fluffy light foam. Gradually add sugar, beat until peaks. Add powdered sugar and beat until smooth.
