- Apricot – 500 gr;

How to make ice cream:
- We put all the ingredients in a blender: washed apricot, cream and condensed milk. Apricot can be replaced with any berry or fruit of your choice. Whisk for 3-5 minutes.
- It turns out a homogeneous and airy creamy mass.
- We shift the homogeneous, airy mass into a mold, cover with cling film and send it to the freezer for an hour.
