Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • Brown rice – 100 grams;
  • Chia / flax seeds – 3 tablespoons;

  • Drinking water – 5 – 6 tablespoons.

Cooking method:

  1. Soak the chia seeds in water.
  2. Meanwhile, put the rice on to boil. When it is almost ready, add milk to your liking. Mix everything and leave to cool.

Dessert recipe in just 3 steps. Today we will prepare a rice dessert with chia seeds – simple, healthy and tasty.

For 2 servings we will need:
Rice brown / red – 100 g
Chia / flax seeds – 3 tbsp.
Vegetable milk -100 ml
Berries to taste
Water

Cooking:

Pour the seeds or water – about 5-6 tbsp.
Boil rice until cooked, at the end add milk, mix and let cool.
